How it works:
There’s always an occasion to make someone's day! Secret Sign Sisters delivers custom yard greetings to help celebrate milestones, special events and all occasions in a unique and personalized way.
1. Request a booking online.
2. We’ll send you a confirmation email with link to pay.
3. Delivery happens the night before, or the morning of your event.
4. Enjoy your custom greeting all day!
5. We pick up the sign in the evening.
Pricing
Single Phrase Greetings - $95
Pricing includes your personalized greeting, delivery, set up and pick up, all within a 24 hour time frame. (Example: “Happy 10th Birthday Maddie!” along with several accessory signs that compliment the greeting.)
Additional Phrase - $25
Add another phrase to your greeting like “You’re Amazing”, “Way to Go”, “We Love You” or customize your own additional phrase.
Additional Name - $15
Add on another name.
(Example: If the greeting is for siblings, a couple, or twins.)
Additional Night - $50
Same Day Orders/Major Holidays - Add $25
We prefer advanced notice, but sometimes same day orders can be installed. Less than a 24 hour notice is considered a same day order.
Custom Signage
We’re happy to customize the perfect greeting for your event or special celebration! There are additional costs associated with custom jobs as these greetings will be yours to keep. We’re happy to estimate a job for you so you get a better idea of pricing. Contact us at secretsignsister@gmail.com for more details.
Please allow for one month for planning and ordering custom signs.

Our Story
Who are these Secret Sign Sisters you ask?!? So… we’re not technically sisters but we are cousins! We both grew up just down the road from each other in the “Only Waunakee in the World”. Further education lead us both to the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire to follow our lifelong dreams of having art degrees. Liz is the owner of Liz Schaefer Design Design and Kayla is a ridiculously talented Art Educator.
Sharing a creative adventure has always been a dream of ours, but until now we weren’t sure what would bring us together. Life’s milestones and celebrations happen every day, all around us. Together, we decided that bringing a smile to someone’s face by sharing our artistic skills in a fun, new way would be our first adventure together!
Payment
Once your booking request is received, and we can confirm availability, we will email you a link with instructions to purchase your greeting with a credit card. All Debit/Credit cards are processed via Stripe. Payments are due upon receipt to confirm your booking.
Delivery, Set-Up, Pick-Up
Expect delivery and set up of your greeting anytime between 7:00pm-6:00am the evening/morning before your event or celebration. Greeting pick up will occur the evening of your event after 7:00pm. Do not hesitate to ask us for custom times. We will try our best to accommodate you if it's possible.
Weather Conditions
We may be unable to deliver a greeting during severe, hazardous weather conditions. We will attempt to reschedule delivery, or a full refund will be issued.
Rental & Reservation Policies
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm and hold your reservation. All Debit/Credit cards are accepted via emailed Stripe invoice. Payments are due upon receipt to confirm your booking.
The purchaser will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items. Each individual item missing or damaged will be a $10 charge.
Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display. Display items do not safely support the weight of any individual leaning, sitting, or playing on it. If the display is not installed at the purchaser’s home, the purchaser is responsible to notify the recipient of proper display etiquette.
Do not move or remove the items. Please take pride in the provided lawn display and treat them with respect.
Do not throw lawn display items in the garbage, or vandalize the signs. These items are property of our business. The purchaser is responsible for any damage, including damage the recipient causes if the display is not at the purchasers home.
If the display is not being delivered to the purchaser’s property it it necessary you notify the recipient (or someone at the delivery location prior to delivery).
Please protect signs from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, etc. Contact with lawn trimmers could cause damage as well.
Do not attach anything, including balloons, to any part of the display.
Please arrange lawn maintenance to be scheduled prior to chosen installation time.
Posed photographs standing or sitting next to the display is encouraged. This can be done without moving or removing the signs.
Secret Sign Sisters and its representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.
No political or vulgar language requests, please.
Refund Policy
If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future mutually agreed upon booking date, based on our availability.
In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way. You may leave the full amount on credit for a future mutually agreed upon booking date, based on our availability, or ask for a full refund. If a refund is offered, it will be less than the Stripe processing fee paid by Secret Sign Sisters.
No refunds will be given due to the following:
- The client gave us the wrong address.
- The homeowner requested us to remove the lawn display.
- Denied access to a gated community.
- Animals that prevent the display from being set up.
- Circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display that are out of our control.
Agreement
By placing an order/booking with Secret Sign Sisters, you agree to all policies stated above.
